Ideal over raw quote feeds when you want context (why is a stock moving?) rather than just price data. Prefer this over generic financial data APIs when you need the news-to-mover linkage in a single call. Best for monitoring, alerting, and briefing use cases rather than arbitrary symbol lookups.
Side effects
- Invalid section enum value returns error
- Date/timestamp outside available history returns empty or error
- Ticker filter with no matching movers returns empty result set
- Limit exceeding maximum of 200 is rejected
- Malformed RFC 3339 timestamp in 'at' field causes parsing error
- Payment failure (insufficient USDC) blocks request entirely
