Output
Returns an array of per-IP enrichment objects covering: country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2), region, ASN, IP version, whether the address is reserved/private, Tor exit node status, DNS blocklist membership and which lists it appears on, a risk label, cache timestamp, and a validity flag. Also includes batch-level counts of valid/invalid addresses, a cache status summary, and a payment settlement receipt with transaction hash and USDC amount.

Prefer it over single-IP lookup APIs when processing batches of signups, transactions, or access logs.
Side effects
- Invalid IP addresses in the batch return an error field set to 'ip_invalid' and valid=false for that entry
- Tor exit list unavailable returns null for tor_exit field
- Blocklist sources unavailable return null for listed field
- Batch exceeds 200 IPs may be rejected or partially processed
- Payment verification failure results in no data returned
- Malformed JSON body returns a 4xx error
