How this service works
Is the domain's email hosted by biglobe? Looks up the MX records (Cloudflare DoH) and matches them against biglobe's mail-exchanger patterns, returning yes/no, the MX hosts and which matched. Provider detection for deliverability, sales and migration work. $0.01 per lookup.
Output
Returns a yes/no boolean indicating whether the domain's email is hosted by Biglobe, along with the full list of resolved MX hosts and which specific MX hosts matched Biglobe's known mail-exchanger patterns.
Example use cases
Sales prospecting by email host
“I'm building a list of Japanese companies that use Biglobe for email — can you check if tanaka-trading.co.jp is hosted by Biglobe so I know which sales approach to take?”
Pre-migration email infrastructure audit
“Before we migrate this client's email, can you confirm whether their domain sakura-tech.co.jp is currently hosted by Biglobe and show me the matching MX records?”
Deliverability troubleshooting for Biglobe recipients
“We're having deliverability issues sending to addresses at nippon-auto.co.jp — can you check if they're on Biglobe so I know which deliverability guidelines to follow?”

Endpoint
GEThttps://email.intel.rallylive.ca/email/hosted-by/biglobe?utm_source=zero.xyzWhen to prefer
Use this endpoint when you need to definitively determine whether a specific domain routes its email through Biglobe's mail infrastructure, particularly for sales prospecting targeting Japanese businesses, pre-migration audits, or deliverability troubleshooting involving Biglobe recipients. Prefer this over generic MX lookup tools when you need structured provider-matched output rather than raw DNS data.
Side effects
- Domain does not exist or has no MX records — returns no match with empty MX list
- Cloudflare DoH lookup fails due to network issues — may return an error or timeout
- Domain has Biglobe MX records but pattern matching fails if patterns are outdated
- Invalid or malformed domain input returns an error
- Temporary DNS propagation delays may yield stale or incomplete MX data
