Side effects
- HTTP 402 Payment Required — micropayment not included or insufficient; response is a shape preview only (echoes query keys, no live data)
- No results returned if keyword/filters do not match any grants in D1 database
- Japanese UTF-8 encoding issues if client does not handle UTF-8 properly
- Stale data if upstream J-Grants or Mirasapo Plus has not been synced recently
