Side effects
- Invalid or unreachable URLs return per-URL errors within the batch response
- Submitting more than 10 URLs returns a validation error
- Non-HTTP/HTTPS URLs are rejected
- Payment via x402/USDC fails if wallet is underfunded
- Timeout if target URL is slow to respond
- Private or authenticated URLs cannot be accessed and will fail
