Ideal for decisions that matter but aren't irreversible. Use when you want a multi-perspective consensus that reduces single-model hallucination or bias risk, and when you need an explicit tripwire to surface dangerous edge cases automatically.

- Timeout if LLM providers are slow (expected ~12-15s, may exceed)
- Ambiguous or underspecified prompt may produce low-confidence or hedged recommendations
