Side effects
- Invalid phone number format (must be E.164 format starting with +) — call not placed
- Number unreachable or no answer — outcome returned as failed/no-answer with empty transcript
- Task description empty or missing — validation error before call is placed
- Payment not authorized or insufficient USDC balance — 402 Payment Required before call initiates
- Call connects but party hangs up early — partial transcript returned with incomplete extractions
- Language not supported — call may default to English or fail
