Output
Returns the raw artifact payload (binary or structured data) associated with the given object ID, as stored in the S3-compatible TTL object store. If the object exists and has not expired, the full content is returned. If the object does not exist or has expired past its TTL, an error or empty response is returned.

Use this endpoint when you need to retrieve a previously stashed TTL artifact within an AI agent workflow and you already hold the object ID. It is purpose-built for agent-to-agent or step-to-step artifact handoff scenarios using S3-compatible ephemeral storage. Prefer this over general-purpose S3 SDKs when operating in a pay-per-call agent infrastructure context with x402 micropayment support.
Side effects
- Object not found (404) if the ID is invalid or the object has been deleted
- Object expired (410 or 404) if the TTL has elapsed since storage
- Missing or malformed ID query parameter causes a 400 bad request
- S3 backend unavailability may cause 503 or timeout errors
- Payment failure via x402 protocol prevents access to the endpoint
