Use this endpoint when you need to initiate a fresh KYC identity verification flow for a wallet address that has not yet been verified, or when a prior verification has expired. This is the entry point before checking status; prefer it over the /status endpoint when the wallet is unverified and you need to get a verification link for the user to complete.
