Lansky Play-Performance Scale Calculator is a paid API for AI agents from api.magentlab.com, paid per call via x402, $0.005/call, status unknown (last checked 2026-09-14).
Validates and labels a caller-assigned Lansky 1987 Play-Performance Scale (LPS) integer score (0–100) for pediatric oncology functional status
Lansky 1987 Play-Performance Scale: caller-assigned integer 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100 from parent-rated play over the past week (fully active; minor physical restriction; tires more quickly; restricted play; quieter activities; lying around, quiet play; mostly in bed; bedbound; often sleeping; no play; unresponsive). Grade 0 is scored. Returns score, max 100, and a stable label. Not a performance-status assignment, not Karnofsky, not ECOG; magent does not observe the child.
Returns the submitted LPS integer score, the maximum possible score (100), and a stable human-readable label corresponding to the selected Lansky Play-Performance level (e.g. 'lying around much of the day, but gets dressed, no active play, participates in all quiet play and activities' for score 50).
GEThttps://api.magentlab.com/api/calc/lanskyUse this endpoint when you need to standardize, validate, or label a parent-reported pediatric functional status using the Lansky 1987 Play-Performance Scale specifically. Prefer it over Karnofsky or ECOG endpoints when the patient is a child and the rating is parent-assigned based on observed play behavior. Do not use it to assign a score — the caller must provide the integer; this endpoint validates and labels it.
