Prefer it for incremental polling workflows where you track a `since` timestamp or `after_seq` cursor to fetch only new changes since your last check, rather than pulling full databases.
Side effects
- Missing required `since` parameter returns 400 or empty result
- Invalid ISO-8601 format for `since` causes parse error
- Invalid `face` enum value returns 400
- Payment not provided or insufficient USDC triggers 402 response
- No new records since the given timestamp returns empty data array with count 0
- Large `limit` values may be capped server-side
