Use this endpoint when you have a property on the LiquProp platform with pending or unconfirmed blockchain transactions that need to be reconciled with the actual on-chain state. Particularly useful after network congestion, dropped transactions, or when transaction status is stale. Prefer over manual chain polling.

- Property ID not found (404) — the specified property does not exist
- Transactions already synced — no pending transactions to reconcile
- Blockchain node unreachable — chain sync fails due to RPC timeout
- Invalid or malformed property ID in path parameter
- Payment failure — insufficient USDC balance for the $0.01 call fee
- Rate limiting — too many sync requests in a short window
