Side effects
- Invalid or unreachable URL returns an error status
- Requested URL behind authentication or paywalls may return incomplete content
- Very large pages with extremely low max_tokens budget may truncate critical content
- mode=budget requires both query and max_tokens; omitting them may fall back to default behavior
- Raw HTML input via 'html' param conflicts with URL fetching; only one should be provided
- Rate limiting or payment failure via x402 may block the request
