Use this endpoint when you need a fast, filtered scan of CEX-listed tokens sorted by 24h momentum — specifically when you want to control both price change threshold and volume floor simultaneously. Prefer this over raw price feeds when you need screening/ranking logic rather than just a quote for a specific token.

• Invalid exchange ID returns error (only binance, okx, bybit supported)
• limit out of range 1–50 returns validation error
• price_change_min or volume_change_min set to nonsensical values may return empty results
• No tokens meet threshold criteria returns empty result set
• Payment failure or insufficient USDC balance returns 402 error
