Onchain loyalty platform on Base Network. Businesses launch branded rewards in minutes, customers earn real value with every purchase, and AI agents automate the rest via REST and MCP. GET this URL. HTTP 402 for $0.001 USDC on Base, the same price as GET /programs. Payment alone returns active public programs. Do not send an API key. This is not the caller's own program list; for the paying wallet's own programs, call GET /programs (payment alone works there too; an lsk_ key is optional).
