Returns a JSON object with: a PROPAGATES/DOES_NOT_PROPAGATE verdict, per-symbol correlation coefficients and strength labels (strong/moderate/weak), a news_transfers boolean per link, the observation count and window used (720h hourly log-returns on Gate USDT perps), a list of propagates_to symbols, timestamps, and method version. Results are cached for 30 minutes.

It is specifically designed for agents doing cross-asset narrative analysis or trading signal discovery on Gate USDT perpetuals, with fresh 720-hour log-return correlation computed per call.
Side effects
- Ticker not found on Gate USDT perps — symbol returned in 'unreachable' map
- Insufficient historical data for a candidate — symbol returned in 'unavailable' list
- All candidates unavailable — empty links array with verdict still computed for anchor
- Stale cache — data may be up to 30 minutes old
- Invalid anchor ticker format — request rejected or empty response
