Side effects
- Invalid date format for 'since' param (must match YYYY-MM-DD pattern) returns a validation error
- Unknown or misspelled PSP slug returns an empty entries array with count 0
- Payment not completed (x402 flow failure) returns HTTP 402 before data is delivered
- Network timeout if upstream audit data is temporarily unavailable
- HEAD or DELETE method returns empty body with metadata headers only
