How this service works
Paradise 1984 eligibility frequency for recurrent throat infection. paradise_criteria is true iff qualifying_episode_features and any of ge_7_episodes_preceding_year, ge_5_episodes_each_of_2_years, or ge_3_episodes_each_of_3_years. Caller assigns that counting episodes had fever >38.3 C, cervical adenopathy, tonsillar exudate, or group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus culture. magent does not examine the patient or count episodes. Not a tonsillectomy order. Not AAO-HNS 2019.
