Use this endpoint when you need to apply the published Biagini Myers 2019 Table III weights to compute PARS and look up the Figure E1 asthma probability, and you have already gathered all six boolean clinical flags from your own clinical assessment. Prefer this over manual arithmetic to guarantee the exact published integer rounding and Figure E1 lookup. Not appropriate as a substitute for clinical diagnosis, SPT, physical examination, or family history taking — the caller must supply all flags.
Side effects
- Missing one or more required boolean query parameters returns a validation error
- Invalid non-boolean values for flag parameters cause a 400 error
- Score of 1 or 13 is unattainable by definition and will not be returned
- Payment failure or missing x402 payment header results in 402 Payment Required
- Network timeouts if the API is temporarily unreachable
