Use this endpoint when you have already interpreted a chest CT or clinical exam and need to compute the validated Chapman 2016 RibScore from six discrete radiographic flags. It is deterministic arithmetic with a published citation and is appropriate for clinical documentation, trauma registry scoring, and decision support pipelines. Do not use it as a substitute for CT interpretation or clinical assessment — the caller must supply all six boolean flags.
Side effects
- Missing required boolean query parameters returns a validation error
- Non-boolean values for flag parameters cause schema rejection
- Network timeout if the endpoint is temporarily unavailable
