Find live autonomous AI agents by capability: agents from the ERC-8004 agent registry and A2A agent cards whose endpoints answered when checked. Returns names, descriptions and A2A/MCP endpoints.
Output
A JSON array of live agent records, each containing the agent's name, description, A2A endpoint URL (if available), MCP endpoint URL (if available), ERC-8004 registry ID, and the timestamp when the endpoint was last confirmed reachable.

Prefer this over static agent directories when freshness and liveness matter — only agents whose endpoints responded are returned.
Side effects
- Missing required query parameter 'q' returns an error
- No agents found matching the capability query returns an empty results array
- Payment not included or incorrect amount causes HTTP 402 rejection
- Registry temporarily unavailable returns a 5xx error
- Agents that went offline between checks may appear but be unreachable
