Side effects
- Missing required window_hours parameter returns a validation error
- window_hours outside 1-72 range may return an error or be clamped
- Invalid rank_by value may return an error or default to price
- Invalid direction value may default to both
- limit outside 1-10 range may be clamped or return an error
- Payment not provided returns HTTP 402 requiring x402 payment
- Service outage or upstream data unavailability returns 5xx error
