Side effects
- Missing required window_hours parameter returns a 400 or validation error
- window_hours outside 1-72 range may return an error or clamped result
- limit outside 1-10 range may be ignored or cause an error
- No movers found for given filters returns an empty movers array
- Payment not processed results in 402 Payment Required before data is served
- Very low min_volume thresholds may return illiquid or low-quality markets
