Use this endpoint when you have GPS coordinates and need a human-readable address or place name — ideal for displaying location context in apps, enriching location data with address metadata, or resolving device GPS output to meaningful place names. Prefer over forward geocoding when you already have coordinates and need the address, not the other way around.
