Items are tagged high/medium importance and updated every few minutes. Ideal for trading bots and news agents. A JSON object with up to 5 trending topics, each with: topic name (English), mention count in the current window, mention count in the prior equal-length window, net change (positive = rising), the ID and Telegram source URL of the latest item mentioning that topic, plus metadata including the hours window used, number of high-importance items analyzed, and a fallback flag (true when the window had no high-importance items and the last 20 were used instead).
