Each series entry includes: ISO country code, series name, value (numeric rate or holiday array), effective_from date, last_confirmed date, stale boolean, source object (name + URL), optional unit, optional notes, optional rate components breakdown, and optional effective_rate for stacked levies. Stale entries are flagged when past their expected update cycle.
