How this service works
Create a private receive-only email inbox for an agent. Read incoming confirmation mail and attachments for 24 hours, up to 25 messages of 128 KiB each, and optionally receive signed arrival webhooks. Creation costs 0.05 USDC; capability-authorized reads and deletion are free. No outbound email, permanent address or guarantee that websites accept the address.

Returns a JSON object containing the newly created inbox email address (e.g. ed157de6233b2dbbb69d46c26199a7c5@inbox.mekler.ai), a unique inbox_id, creation and expiry Unix timestamps, and limits (max 25 messages, 128 KB raw message storage). Status field confirms successful provisioning.

Side effects
- Invalid or missing access_key format returns authentication error
- Malformed webhook_url (non-URI) causes request rejection
- Duplicate request_id within idempotency window may return cached or conflict response
