Side effects
- Missing required 'candidates' array returns a validation error
- Empty candidates array may return an empty or error response
- Wallet addresses that are malformed or unresolvable may yield low-confidence scores
- Network issues or upstream on-chain data unavailability can cause timeouts or degraded scoring
