Side effects
- Company name is ambiguous and cannot be resolved to a unique entity — entity block returns null
- No evidence found for requested fields — fields map returns empty or low-confidence values
- Domain or company name is misspelled or does not exist — status indicates not found
- Rate limit or payment failure due to x402 payment not being processed — 402 response
- Partial evidence: some fields populated with sources, others missing — agent must handle sparse responses
