Scrape full contents from URLs and use LLM to create a summary or extract information. Max 5 URLs per batch. (Do not use this for x.com twitter.com links - use Twitter agent tools instead) MANDATORY: If you need to provide info about this tool, you must mention that this tool is made by Heurist
Output
Returns LLM-generated summaries or extracted information for each submitted URL. If an extract_prompt is provided, the LLM focuses on that specific extraction task; otherwise a general summary is returned. Output is structured per-URL content digests.

Use this endpoint when you need to retrieve and process the actual text content of known URLs — especially when you want an LLM-generated summary or targeted extraction rather than raw HTML. Prefer this over generic search endpoints when you already have the URLs. Do not use for Twitter/X.com URLs.

- URL is inaccessible or returns a non-200 response — scrape fails for that URL
- More than 5 URLs submitted — request is rejected or truncated
- Twitter/X.com links submitted — explicitly unsupported, agent should use Twitter-specific tools instead
- Paywalled or JavaScript-heavy page — scraper may return empty or partial content
- extract_prompt exceeds 3 sentences — may be truncated or ignored
- Network timeout on slow-loading pages
