Prefer this over search-based endpoints when you already know the ID. Use sibling endpoints for mine profiles, operator dossiers, or browsing the fatality feed when you don't have a specific ID.
Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent MSHA ID returns a 404 or empty result
- Numeric ID formatted incorrectly (e.g. non-numeric string) may cause a 400 bad request
- Record may exist but have limited fields if it is a preliminary/open notice
- Payment of 0.005 USDC required per call via x402 protocol; failure to pay results in 402 Payment Required
