Side effects
- Too many URLs submitted (max 50 per call) — request rejected
- Payment insufficient — 402 response quoting exact price based on URL count
- Malformed or unreachable URLs in the list — partial results or per-URL errors
- Minimum charge not met (below $0.10) — 402 response with minimum amount
- Rate limit exceeded without payment — 402 payment required to bypass
