• No emails found in text — returns empty list or null result
• Malformed or missing 'text' field in request body — likely returns a 400 validation error
• Text containing obfuscated emails (e.g. 'user [at] domain [dot] com') may not be extracted
• Payment failure or insufficient USDC balance on Base mainnet — returns 402 Payment Required
• Very long text inputs may hit payload size limits
