Side effects
- Unknown or misspelled phonetic word returns a 400 error with a clean error message
- Empty or missing 'words' field returns a 400 validation error
- Non-phonetic natural language words (e.g. 'hello world') not recognized as NATO alphabet tokens trigger 400
- Ambiguous or partial phonetic words may fail if not matching expected NATO spellings
