A JSON object containing the total count of active storms, the source URL (NHC CurrentStorms.json), the timestamp of the check, and an array of storm objects. Each storm object includes: storm ID, name, latitude, longitude, last update time, pressure in millibars, advisory URL, intensity in knots, classification code (e.g. HU for hurricane, TS for tropical storm), movement direction in degrees, and movement speed in knots. Returns an empty storms array when no storms are active.
