Side effects
- URLs that are paywalled or require authentication return in the 'failed' count with no content
- Malformed or unreachable URLs increment the failed counter and are excluded from sources
- Exceeding 10 URLs in the array causes a validation error
- Missing required 'query' or 'urls' fields results in a 400-level error
- Payment failure via x402 protocol blocks the request before processing
