It supports a wide range including negatives and very large numbers up to one quadrillion.
Side effects
- Number exceeds maximum allowed value (1,000,000,000,000,000) or is below minimum (-1,000,000,000,000,000) — returns a validation error
- Non-integer or float values are rejected since the schema requires an integer type
- Missing required 'number' field in the body results in a schema validation error
- Network or service unavailability returns a 5xx error
