Side effects
- URL is unreachable or returns non-HTTP response — verdict may be indeterminate or skipped
- BNB Chain agent ID does not exist in the ERC-8004 registry — agent entry omitted from results
- Endpoint does not advertise x402 payment terms — verdict returned as NOT_PAYABLE
- More than 25 URLs or agent IDs submitted — request rejected due to maxItems constraint
