Side effects
- Invalid or unreachable URL returns an error status
- URL behind authentication or paywalls may return incomplete content
- max_tokens set below minimum (20) causes validation error
- BM25 query with mode other than 'budget' is ignored silently
- Raw HTML too large may cause timeout or truncation
- Payment failure via x402 blocks the request
