How this service works
UK rental listings from OpenRent (landlord-direct) for a city or area: listing ID and URL, monthly rent (GBP), bedrooms, bathrooms, studio/shared flags, furnished, bills included, pets, students and families accepted, garden, parking, minimum tenancy (months), days until available, first-listed date and coordinates. Filter by max rent, min bedrooms, furnished or pets; newest first. Also returns the total live listing count.
Output
A JSON object containing the queried area, a subset of live listings (up to the requested limit), and the total count of live listings for that area. Each listing includes its OpenRent ID and URL, monthly rent in GBP, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, geographic coordinates, boolean flags for studio, shared, furnished, bills included, pets allowed, students allowed, families allowed, garden, and parking, minimum tenancy in months, days until available, and the date it was first listed. Also includes a checkedAt timestamp and a link to the OpenRent source page.
