Prefer this over the sibling 'check date' endpoint when you need to enumerate or display all holidays rather than verify a single date.
Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported country code returns an error or empty list
- Year outside 1900–2200 range is rejected by schema validation
- Unsupported state or region code may return an error or be silently ignored
- Requested language may not be available for all holiday names, falling back to default
- Network or payment (x402) failure results in no response
