Side effects
- Missing required fields (`urls` or `watch_key`) returns a validation error
- Invalid or unreachable URLs may result in per-URL errors within the results array
- Payment failure (insufficient USDC balance or x402 protocol error) blocks the request
- If the watch_key has no prior baseline, this call creates one and `baseline_created` is true — no diff is available yet
- Rate limits or Cloudflare Worker timeouts on high URL counts may return partial results
