Scores every matching resource in the CDP Bazaar catalogue on repeat usage (calls per distinct payer), reach, recency, published-schema quality and price relative to services answering the same query. Returns three candidates with the raw figures, plain-language reasons, and category context. OpusIntelligence excludes its own services from all rankings.

A JSON object containing: a list of up to three ranked service candidates each with a URL, score (0–1), price in USDC, verdict (e.g. 'strong'), plain-language reasons ('why'), usage signals (calls in 30 days, distinct payers, calls-per-payer ratio), and any watch flags; plus category context such as total candidates matched and best repeat ratio; and a list of any excluded services (e.g. operator's own endpoints).

Side effects
