Side effects
- Unreachable host returns up:false with no status rather than an HTTP error — agent must check 'up' field
- DNS resolution failure is reported as up:false, not a connection error
- Timeouts from very slow servers may result in an incomplete response
- No URL query parameter provided triggers example input mode rather than an error
- Non-GET endpoints cannot be probed (only GET is supported)
- Private/internal URLs (non-public) will not be reachable from Cloudflare's edge
