Side effects
- Missing required fields 'when' or 'where' returns a validation error
- Unrecognizable place name that cannot be geocoded returns a geocoding failure
- Invalid datetime format for 'when' returns a parse error
- Unknown framework ID returns an error or falls back to default spread
- Payment not received (x402) results in 402 Payment Required response
