Names the policy per AI token (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-SearchBot, Claude-User, PerplexityBot, Perplexity-User, Google-Extended, Gemini-User, KagiBot, Kagi-User, Applebot-Extended, Bytespider, CCBot, Amazonbot, meta-externalagent) and reports what it could not measure instead of guessing. Makes no outbound request.

Prefer this over live crawl-based tools when auditing staged or internal environments, or when you need deterministic, repeatable results without network side effects.
Side effects
- Missing required artefacts cause those checks to be reported as unmeasurable rather than failing
- Malformed robots.txt may produce parse errors or partial policy results
- Incomplete HTML input may result in missing accessibility or meta-tag findings
- No outbound requests means the tool cannot verify live server state or dynamically generated content
