Keyword monitor: fetches a page and reports, for each keyword you give (comma-separated after the URL), whether it is present in the readable text, how many times, and a context snippet; also remembers the previous result per URL so it can tell you which keywords appeared or disappeared since your last call. 'Sold out', 'in stock', price wording, name mentions. $0.01 per check.
Output
Returns for each keyword: whether it is present (boolean), occurrence count, a context snippet showing surrounding text, and a change summary indicating which keywords appeared or disappeared compared to the previous check of that URL.
