Returns a JSON object containing: a unique monitor ID, plan tier ('pro'), an RSS feed URL for change history, an events JSON URL, an expiry timestamp, a one-time manage token for updating/deleting the monitor, a one-time webhook secret (if a webhook was configured), and the active check interval in minutes.

Choose this endpoint when you need Pro-tier monitoring (checks as frequent as every 15 minutes, up to 5 webhook URLs) of a static public web page for structured data extraction — especially prices, tables, lists, or events — with reliable change notifications via RSS, signed webhooks, or ICS. Prefer this over free-tier monitors when low-latency alerting is critical. Not suitable for JavaScript-rendered SPAs, authenticated pages, or full-site crawling.
Side effects
- Non-public or login-gated URLs cannot be accessed — static HTML only, JavaScript-rendered pages are not supported
- Invalid CSS selectors or mismatched extraction modes return schema validation errors
- Webhook URLs that are not valid HTTPS will be rejected
- Interval values outside the Pro range (15–10080 minutes) are rejected
- The manage token and webhook secret are shown only once at creation; losing them requires creating a new monitor
- Pages that change structure frequently may produce noisy or false-positive alerts
