Side effects
- Empty results when query string doesn't match any indexed entity
- Ambiguous results when a name is shared by multiple entities (requires type filter to narrow)
- Invalid type enum value returns 400 error
- Missing required 'q' query parameter returns 400 error
- Rate limiting or payment failure (x402) if USDC balance is insufficient
- Cursor expiry causing pagination errors on stale cursors
