Use this endpoint when you need detailed advertising activity metrics for a specific known sponsor, identified by company domain, slug, or ID. Prefer this over list endpoints when you already know which company you're researching and want focused metrics rather than ranked or paginated results. Ideal for brand intelligence, competitive ad-spend research, or validating whether a specific company is actively advertising on podcasts.

• Sponsor ID not found — 404 if the provided ID, domain, or slug doesn't match any sponsor
• Multiple alias match resolved to most-recently-active sponsor — may not be the intended sponsor
• Invalid date format for since/until — 400 if not valid ISO 8601
• Empty metrics if no ads fall within the specified date range
• Company exists but has no sponsorship history — returns sponsor with zero activity metrics
